Sharon Osbourne has been named the ultimate plastic surgery success.
The 55-year-old 'X Factor' judge - who has admitted to spending around £300,000 on cosmetic improvements - was named the Queen of the Nip and Tuck in a poll of 3,000 women for TV station FX Channel.
What are your views on Plastic Surgery? Do you agree that Sharon Osbourne is a good example of how surgery can improve your life, or do you believe the risks outweigh the benefits? Can you recommend any good cosmetic surgeons on the Costa del Sol?

I'll be looking out for Sharon in Cannes this year, rumour has it that she's hosting an auction at the walkoncemore party, celebs are said to be donating everything from their undies to big fat kisses! If anyone's any inside info, please keep me posted.

At the end of the day some people can look in the mirror and be happy with their "flaws" but others become so preoccupied that it can make their lives a misery. If a few quid on surgery can truly make someone happier then I'm all for it. I always thought that I would never want to undergo surgery but then i had a baby and maybe my mind will change if my body doesn't return!!
I do think however that there is a lot to be said for more extensive phychological councelling before surgery as I'm sure many people use surgery as a quick fix for deeper issues.
