It's not on the costa del sol but it's nearby! The misiana in the centre of tarifa is very cool, try to upgrade to the top floor penthouse cos it's worth the extra euros! The dos mares is good too on the beach and I would recommend going in low season because it isn't so busy with tourists and you can usually get an upgrade to the suites for free!

The Melia Don Pepe.
The staff is totally devoted to the customer. The view from the rooms is beautiful. The food is yummy. The masseuse at the SpA is the best. The location is perfect.

Some of my relatives have stayed in the El Fuerte hotel on the paseo martimo in Marbella and they have told me it is great.
The hotel is centrally located on the paseo maritimo and in walking distance to all the shops and Marbella Old town.
The atmospere is intimate and cosy and the staff are very friendly.

The Selenza has an amazing spa that you can use without being a guest. I would also highly recommend the massages, they worked wonders on my back when I was pregnant and suffering!
