Fusion combines the right balance of comfort food with a modern twist. Serving inovative dishes at affordable prices from early in the morning to late at night.
A quick breakfast of eggs Benedict or maybe a healthy choice fruit platter light lunches for those who are conscious of hidden calories or indulgent plates for people who require a little more sustenance. Early evening drinks at the intimate bar (light bar snacks available) and finally end the evening with one of our signature dishes from the eclectic menu.
The lunch menu includes roast beef sandwiches, beef burgers, various sandwich fillings and wraps. For dinner you can choose from a selection of salads, pasta, wok and noodles and mains ranging from roast suckling pig to fillet steak so there is certainly something for everyone!
