Beautiful Living Exhibition Palacio de Congresos, Marbella - 28 November - 30 November 2008

Words by Beauitiful Living 18/04/2008

The Event

The Beautiful Living España Exhibition is a totally new home décor event to be held at the Palacio de Congresos in the heart of Marbella – one of the most sought after locations on the southern coast of Spain. The venue is just 40 minutes from Málaga’s international airport, and close to shopping centres, golf courses, tourist attractions and the world renowned Puerto Banús. Marbella is also easily accessible from all areas along the Costa del Sol and Gibraltar via the N340 motorway, as well as from inland towns and villages. The exhibition hall is ideally located in central Marbella, with affluent consumers living and working in the local and surrounding areas. The Beautiful Living España Exhibition offers an excellent platform for companies that want to market their products and services directly to consumers and potential distributors face-to-face. Organised by TPC Costa Publicidad 2005 SL, the Beautiful Living España Exhibition will be the only show in Marbella this autumn/winter dedicated to the home.

Why take part in the Beautiful Living España Exhibition in Marbella?

The Beautiful Living España Exhibition will enable exhibitors in the home interiors and outdoor living industry to connect with high income earning consumers, whether they are expatriates or Spanish residents, who have an avid interest in home décor. According to the National Institute of Statistics (Spain), the official population of Marbella at the end of 2007 was just over 126,000, although the true figure is estimated to be more than double that. The latest census figures also show that foreign residents now make up more than one-third of the total population in some areas of Málaga province (which encompasses the whole of the Costa del Sol). Marbella has one of the province’s largest communities of foreign residents – a total of 29,963. Marbella provides a consistently strong climate for investment, and the Costa del Sol remains the number one destination for relocating expatriates and second homebuyers; so the exhibition could attract hundreds of thousands of potential clients. Marbella is a cosmopolitan town attracting millions of tourists each year. It is internationally famous for its enviably luxurious lifestyle, making the area an especially attractive proposition for discerning property owners and buyers. There will be a nominal entrance fee of five euros for visitors to the exhibition (waived in certain cases through special promotions and marketing arrangements), and prior registration will be obligatory. As this is a nominal fee, this will ensure that the exhibition receives the highest possible attendance over the three days. If visitors register online, free entry will be given.

Visitor Profile

The exhibition will attract both expatriates and Spanish residents over the three days, most of whom will fall into one of the following categories:
