Motoring in Spain - Exciting new era for Jaguar
Exciting new era for Jaguar
The first Jaguar XF – a 4.2-litre SV8 – has just come off the production line at Castle Bromwich, taking up its new home at the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust. Other vehicles previously donated to the trust include the oldest surviving Daimler, an 1897 Grafton Peaton, and the 1974 E-Type.
Orders are now being taken for the XF, and the first models are expected to be delivered to Spain in March-April.
Meanwhile. Jorge Lorenzo – the Spanish rider who retained his 250cc world motorbike championship title in October and is moving up to MotoGP next season – has chosen an XKR for his “getaways” off the track.
