Following 50 years of innovation and creativity which has seen some of the world's most glamorous women don their designs, Gottex - the world's most famous Israeli swimwear brand - celebrate with a catalogue which showcases the talents of four of Israel's most highly esteemed fashion photographers.
Themes for the anniversary collections include "Desert and Jewels", "Sophistication and Cutting Edge", "Gottex Woman Meets the Forces of Nature" and "Gottex Designs as Powerfully Prominent in Unexpected Surroundings" - the collection we focus on here for its stunning eye-catching designs for women of all ages.
Gottex sought the expertise of distinguished fashion photographer Miri Davidodovitz to present the collection she is revered throughout the fashion industry for her unconventional style of photography, which places the model in highly stylised, futuristic settings filled with brilliant white light to accentuate and intensify the collection.
Designs are inspired by 1930s Hollywood glamour, with influences from the world of art such as cubism and the kaleidoscope effect - undoubtedly two of the main catwalk looks of the season. Vibrant and energetic colours are key, while subtle feminine features are the motivation behind more classic designs.
Accessorising and styling remain central to the Gottex look, with flirty detailing including floral prints, sarongs and kimonos in Japanese silk.
