La Perla Black Label

"Once upon a time, in a white and pure castle..." So begins La Perla Black's introduction to a new season of eroticism, featuring femininity and romanticism. A contemporary fairytale inspired by the 1920s - where naivety sits beside seduction, and a "Lolita" dressed in hearts and tulle takes centre-stage.

STYLE
Satin and tulle, jewel embroidery, matt transparencies and elegant drapes. Alternating sensuous pink with black adornments embroidered in tulle; and more tulle, but this time in cotton with a variety of small trimmings. Like a beautiful spider's web, black lace with tassels or bows hiding the crafty role of the bra-corset. The pattern - a small motif of circles mixed with art nouveau - is a revival of the '20s graphic art print.

SYMBOL
The heart is the symbol of the collection, in red or black with frivolous ruches in the same colour. And finally, the "body-tie", in black or mauve.

PRIVATE ELEGANCE
There is a new desire for femininity, more profound. Even more sophisticated. La Perla in a private residence in the early 1900s: a return to naturalness, a soft and discreet elegance, delicately retro. This image is captured by Michael Comte's camera, characterising the collection in a tailor-made style.

COLOURS
Yellow, black, pink and khaki green...

STYLE
Characterised by the new "patchwork couture" sophisticated mix of materials and creative process - a renovated "spirit d'atelier", currently presented with modern colours and comfort.

  • Silk chiffon with elegant, small silver crystals creating a delicately brilliant effect, an array of colours combining pink and beige with an intermittent print of black macramé.
  • A style similar to a discoloured and aged tapestry, a visual, ultra-sophisticated effect, accentuated by the combination of "valenciènne" lace, over-layered in tulle.
  • Embroidered tulle with ruches by the "gros-grain" in black, 1950s style. The smooth tulle is the main theme of these striking styles, with two types of lace combined - one a little more geometrical and the other characterised by frilled trimmings. The key item is a bustier with wide strap, a tribute to the bodice worn under jackets in the '80s.

THE CULT ITEM
The "collier-bra", a bra that makes you feel you are wearing a jewel around your neck, in cotton and silk with embroidered macramé reminiscent of antique jewellery. A very special garment in a limited edition.

AND FOR MEN...
The Grigioperla collections for spring/summer 2006 include underwear as an essential guide to personal style, with sophisticated and ultra-light materials using micro fibre with transpiration and thermo-regulating effect.
A nightwear collection with classic cuts in satin... and ethnic touches with caftans and flowered trousers, and such varied materials as pure cotton, muslin or linen. A silk collection that expresses an exclusive and sophisticated language with pure shapes that outline the beauty of the material, including a kimono with smooth borders and fantasy insides. Swimwear, with classic Grigioperla items in sporty-tropical looks or a refined vintage-chic look; to Grigiosport beachwear, a sporty, dynamic and colourful fashion statement in swimwear for outdoor activities and sports. To complete the look... perfectly combined sponge towels with different fantasy or "sport" handbags. Must-have item: sandals in ethno-chic pleated leather.
