The stellar fashion event for the winter season was a breathtaking haute couture show in Paris. One hundred years on from the birth of Christian Dior, John Galliano created a memorable and nostalgic tribute to the legendary fashion designer. An air of excitement swept a flamboyant crowd - which included celebrities, aristocrats and leading figures from the world of fashion - as they admired Galliano's collections from an enchanting catwalk setting: a magical interpretation of Dior's grandiose family home

In a look back at the celebrated career of Dior, Galliano presented a collection inspired by historys most illustrious designers and Hollywood's glamorous Golden Age.
